Both young people and women make up 50% of the world's population! By not properly representing these two groups in decision-making, we are missing out on a lot of talent, solutions and perspectives. It is therefore time to structurally involve young people and women. At all levels, in all branches. That is not only good for organisations, young people and women themselves, but for society as a whole."
